The Board is committed to ensuring that Enterprise has a targeted approach to CR, which is accessible and transparent to all employees, customers and stakeholders.
CR is measured and reported on regularly. Our balanced scorecard sets out our focus areas and targets for the following year. This is cascaded throughout the organisation via a network of CR Navigators, who are the CR Champions for the business.
