Partnerships are key to our success and are characteristic of our collaborative customer relationships. These partnerships include customers that have complimentary expertise and skills, customers, training providers, union bodies and suppliers.
We focus on developing partnering agreements with mutual goals, a high level of transparency and open communication. We believe this mutually supportive framework creates better working relationships and effective working systems.
We have developed long term successful partnerships with many large organisations. These include joint ventures such as the MoD contracts and our public sector partnering ventures with City Councils in Liverpool, Manchester and Wolverhampton.
The flexible, proactive nature of these arrangements allows contracts to evolve with the changing needs of the customer and the industry.
Believing partnership to be an important concept we offer a number of different partnering approaches, including not-for-profit joint venture companies, such as the Enterprise Foundation, where any surplus is either inwardly invested or distributed to deserving causes.
Effective partnerships rely on the commitment and expertise of the people involved and key to our partnering successes is our ‘Respecting People’ agenda, which empowers everyone involved to influence service delivery objectives. We invest continually in the knowledge of our employees and strive to maintain our position as an innovative, leading service provider.
