What are our entry requirements?

A sound educational background, minimum of 2:2 (2:1 for finance roles) BSc, BEng, MEng, BA and BA Hons. Eligibility to work in the UK. A full driving licence. Must have graduated within previous three years

What training and development will I receive?

Enterprise Graduates have a semi-structured scheme, which allows you the flexibility to create and build your own career path through the company.  Depending on the stream you choose, you will undergo a number of set workshops, aimed to get you up and running within the company in a short space of time.  These typically cover health and safety, finance systems, HR and training, management development and teambuilding.

Your Line Manager and the Graduate Programme Manager will work with you to create a personal development plan that addresses your individual needs as well as looking at your career aspirations.

You will also be supported and guided by your mentor and coach.

You will assist with a Company wide project, set each year by our Directors and reviewed by the Board.  This project is aimed at developing your network of contacts and your commercial and cross functional skills.

During your second year, you will embark upon the Enterprise Management Development Programme to prepare you for a future management role.  This Programme consists of six core modules, which can be selected to best meet your needs.

In addition to all the above and the social and networking events that Graduates attend, you will also engage on a number of Corporate Responsibility activities for about four days per year, working with local communities and school groups on a number of volunteer or educational type projects.

What are the benefits of working for Enterprise?

The Graduate starting salary for 2007 was £19,000 with £1,000 increments every six months throughout the two year programme, subject to satisfactory performance.  London based Graduates starting salary was £24,000.

You will also receive additional benefits ranging from Life Assurance, Pension Scheme Plan and a company vehicle (if required).

Once I have graduated, for how long will I be eligible to apply for the graduate development programme?

We only accept applications from Graduates who completed their studies less than three years ago.

I have a Masters Degree, does that mean I am not eligible for the scheme?

If you have studied to a Masters level are welcome to apply for the positions.

If I am rejected for one position will this affect my application to another area of the company?

No.  Business units look for different skill sets in graduates, so where one business unit may reject a candidate, another may consider their experience and qualifications as suitable.

How long will it take to complete an on-line application form?

Approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
