Whilst every authority is different, and there is no set answer, we are able to incorporate best practice, an innovative use of technology and new methods of operation.
Our work in this area in a Local Authority streetscene environment has allowed us make 5% savings on the annual budget year on year.
By redesigning processes with a major government department we were able to:
- Build a new 700 seat contact centre
- Move to mobile communications technology with the workforce
- Implement a comprehensive jobs scheduling, tracking and asset management system
- Reduce costs
