Enterprise is committed to providing customers with a quality service and strives to develop and implement processes that deliver an improved overall performance.

 

The Company gained their initial accreditation for our Quality Management System in 1992 and has successfully retained and extended the scope of accreditation as the Group has grown.

 

We measure the quality of our performance through a combination of operational independent auditors and our operational management teams.  Our overall Group quality performance is monitored by our Business Excellence Central Support Unit (BECSU) as an integral part of our monthly Steering Group Meetings.

 

Quality performance related data is presented to the Board on a monthly basis by the Director of HSEQ Management; with our Divisional Managing Directors monitoring and reviewing their division’s performance on a monthly basis as an integral part of their HSEQ Review Meetings.
