On the 21 April 2009 the management team of Beha Williams Norman Limited completed the buy-out of the company from Enterprise Limited.
Since its sale to Enterprise in April 2005 the company has traded as EnterpriseBWNL. It now intends to trade as BWNL.
The staff of BWNL will continue to provide the range of services it has provided to its clients over the last 21 years. BWNL is ensuring there will be no disruption to the support it provides to its clients.
The buy-out has been conducted on a mutually satisfactory basis and both companies will work collaboratively where appropriate.
