EnterpriseRail is now proudly in its fifth year of working with London Underground. We are customer focused and have built up a reputation producing high quality services, safely and efficiently.
In rail we have an annual turnover of £25m and employ, directly, 150 people utilising specialist subcontractors where necessary. Our approach to established working practices allows us to improve efficiency, develop innovative techniques and harness new technological advances.
Services/Capabilities
Our strengths lie in our expertise and flexibility to undertake the following types of work;
- Planned, Unplanned and Emergency Response Maintenance on Civil and Building Assets including cleaning, remedial and renewal works, fault rectification
- Capital/Renewal Works
- Specialist in-house Pipeline Rehabilitation
- Asset Survey Activities including inspections & assessments
- Environmental Works
We have carried out work on building fabric and structure, track, pumps and drainage, bridges and structures, embankments and cuttings, platforms and temporary facilities.
Highways
The division provides an extensive range of highways and structures maintenance and improvement services, working for a number of local authorities, Transport for London and the Highways Agency.
Highways services represents a core area of our business. We are one of the top suppliers of term maintenance services to county councils and the Highways Agency.
Our service offering has been developed with the aim of providing single-point responsibility for a wide range of activities supported by an emphasis on performance measurement and management, service and supply chain integration and the use of leading edge systems and technology.
Service offering includes:
- Carriageway and footway surfacing and construction
- Network management
- 24 hour incident support
- Footway maintenance and construction
- Maintenance of bridges and structures
- Surface dressing
- Road marking
- Safety fencing
- Traffic signs
- Drainage works
- Gully emptying
We are currently tendering for a number of new contracts and expect to grow this business.
