Long term partnerships are our preferred way of working with our customers. This approach has numerous mutual benefits, where both parties build trust, have open communication, and share information and best practice to achieve their joint goals. They allow for long-term investment, continuous improvement and the introduction of new and innovative technology. A large proportion of our annual revenue is gained through partnership contracts of one type or another.
We have long experience of working in tailored partnership with customers and organisations with complementary skills across all our markets. We have a 28 year ‘Waste Partnership’ with Solihull Borough Council and our joint ventures with Mouchel and Carillion have been a proven success. This expertise and knowledge of the marketplace allows us to pre-empt, adapt and be flexible to the changing demands of the sectors in which we work.
Within our partnerships we have reduced costs, streamlined operations, improved efficiency, engaged with the local communities, reduced our environmental impact and secured the long term future of the business.
