We have worked for the MOD Defence Estates in a joint venture with Carillion for a number of years on two of the Prime Contracts to maintain, repair and updgrade a wide variety of properties and assets on bases across the UK.
These large, integrated contracts require a dedicated, security-cleared team and high-level, security-protected systems.
The Built Estate and Infrastructure
The Regional Prime Contract that we deliver as CarillionEnterprise sees us managing around 6,500 buildings and infrastructure assets on military bases across the Central Region, including control towers, hangers, underground bunkers and offices.

Service Family Accommodation
The happiness of Service families and quality accomodation for Service personnel is an important element to ensure well-functionning armed forces.
The MODern Housing Solutions (MHS) contract run by Enterprise and Carillion makes sure that the 43,000 homes and barracks throughout the UK are maintained to a high standard and refurbished in a continual upgrade programme. We provide the complete service to the MOD; from taking the call from the Service families alerting us to an issue, right through to scheduling and completing the repair job and logging all the work in real-time.
Managing a contract of this size and complexity, Enterprise has a dedicated, secure area of the contact centre in The Matchworks, Liverpool. Experienced customer care call handlers manage incoming calls and use our bespoke WorkManager system to log the issue, allocate it to a team and then track the progress through to completion.
