Enterprise Recruitment Services (ERS) provides resourcing services for Enterprise for both blue and white collar workers. As a service business, people are at the heart of our success, so it is important that we recruit and retain talented, knowledgeable employees. ERS has a deep understanding of our markets, our skill sets and our customers' requirements and can therefore provide an efficient, dedicated recruitment service.
The team provides both temporary and permanent contracts, supporting all of Enterprise’s Divisions nationwide. It employs over 30 specialists and has a growing national network of offices. It supports the specialist teams, providing face-to-face competency based screening and psychometric tests in assessment centres across the country.
ERS is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the government body dedicated to representing the whole of the recruitment industry.
