Maintenance

A well maintained home saves money in the long-term and is a pleasant place to live. However, it does also require planning and preventative measures as well as reacting to unforseen issues. 

For many years we have delivered integrated maintnenace programmes, designed around the lives of the residents and the priorities of our customers. 

We deliver reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance, including heating servicing.  Our planned preventative approach is designed to eliminate emergency maintenance.  This means it is easier to budget accurately and people always have access to their homes. 

We have a flexible, one-stop-shop that allows us to create the most appropriate maintenance framework, from a single element to a fully integrated package.

Transparency
Our in-house developed IT system, WorkManager, can be tailored to our customers’ requirements.  The system lets our teams work in ‘real-time’ with our 360° auto-appointment scheduling reacting instantly to changes in operative availability.

Our customers have full visibility of the service with access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to our delivery team’s progress, performance and cost reports.

Resident Care
Our 24 hours a day, 365 days a year customer contact centre ensures residents have a point of contact at all times. The customer care team are trained to effectively manage residents calls and schedule visits with our operational teams.

WorkManager lets the customer service team plan and track work in real-time. We also give our customers a login so that they can have full visability of our operations.
