Our state of the art mobile technology allows us to distribute work into the field in ‘real-time’ and receive updates within seconds of a job being completed.  This gives us visibility of the work queue, improved control of resources and distribution of work into the field within minutes of an order receipt, providing market leading service levels and best value to our customers.

WorkManager
WorkManager, the Enterprise management system, has been developed entirely by the Enterprise team over the last 15 years.  It is a market-leading system that provides intelligent planning, scheduling and resource management.  

The system is under constant review to make sure that the very latest technology underpins the WorkManager processes.  With a state-of-the-art scheduling engine, workflow and bespoke user interface, WorkManager continues to be a key strategic product for Enterprise.  The full system provides end-to-end control and automation over field maintenance activities.  The system is component based and elements can be run as a standalone or integrated with other systems if required.

This system meets the needs of a multi-skilled workforce over a large geographical area, carrying out reactive and planned work. It supports eBusiness with a number of existing customers and suppliers; providing back office functionality, specifically payments, purchasing, invoicing, nominal ledger and billing.

A fully integrated, secure, web interface can be configured to allow our customers and suppliers to view information and reports in virtual ‘real-time’. We pride ourselves on the transparency and effectiveness of this system.
