Based at the Shropshire Regional Highways office, the Enterprise Training team is a stand alone unit of Enterprise that is committed to offering quality, accredited, end-to-end training services across all our contracts and for our customers. Whether technical or operational, the Training team recognises the need to provide relevant and appropriate training programmes that ensure a skilled, qualified and motivated workforce.
Originally established over 25 years ago, we offer an extensive range of general and bespoke courses to both internal and external markets, a range that is being expanded and updated continually.
The full range of courses and apprenticeship programmes are complemented by flexible training schedules that are designed to allow employees access to training alongside both personal and work commitments.
By managing training programmes, co-ordinating courses and updating completed training records onto WorkManager we ensure that full compliance and consistent training is delivered to all our customers.
We also maximise Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) grants and other funding applications, including Train to Gain; with minimal administration costs. Quality approved by several awarding bodies, the Training team operates from various locations around the UK, using dedicated professional trainers, assessors and quality external training providers.
